Technology Architect - Automation (UFT, RFT, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium and other open source tools), TDM techniques (Healthcare Domain) Full-time Location: Newark, NJ Duration: Full Time We are seeking a Technology Architect specializing in Automation and TDM techniques within the Healthcare Domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in automation testing tools such as UFT, RFT, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium, and open source tools, along with strong domain knowledge in healthcare and domain interfaces (EDI). Qualifications Basic Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Equivalent experience (three years of progressive experience in the specialty for each year of education) will also be considered. At least 7 years of experience in IT. Preferred 7+ years in technology consulting, enterprise and solutions architecture, and architectural frameworks. 7+ years in project execution, defining architectures, and leading projects from an architectural standpoint. Strong analytical skills and thought leadership, including experience in white papers and mentoring staff. 7+ years of in-depth experience in automation testing, including defining and documenting test cases based on user stories and planning for automation. 6+ years of hands-on experience with framework design and development in test automation tools such as UFT, RFT, Cucumber, Gherkin, Selenium, and open source tools. 4+ years of experience in Test Data Management techniques supporting automation needs. 5+ years of hands-on experience with SQL, Unix, and scripting languages like Shell, Perl, or Python. 5+ years of experience in the healthcare domain, including understanding of domain interfaces like EDI. Experience supporting all SDLC models (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative). Experience supporting automation across multiple technologies, including mainframe. Ability to mentor team members in automated test development and work with automation engineers to design frameworks. Experience with source control, build, and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, TeamCity. Strong knowledge of white box testing techniques, code coverage concepts, and test reporting. Experience with test management tools like Quality Center, ALM, Jira. Experience supporting non-functional testing requirements is a plus. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate high energy levels. Knowledge of Web Services and latest API services is highly preferred. Experience in End-to-End and system integration testing.
