Join us, where we'll make a greater impact together.What You'll do:Who We Are Looking for:Groundswell is seeking a Workday Integration Lead who will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of HR technology and integration architecture to provide innovative solutionswithin the Department of Defense (DoD) and Intelligence Community (IC) environments.The Workday Integration Lead primarily works with Human Resources and Information Technology teams. This role will create and maintain system integrations and configure related security roles, business processes, and their associated security policies. This role also partners with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure solutions are scalable, effective, and fit within broader information technology infrastructure.What You'll do:Design, develop, test, deploy, and document the Workday integration systems using Orchestrate, Core Connectors, and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)Create detailed integration specifications, field mappings, and designs to support the entire integration deployment lifecyclePossess solid understanding of the business process, workflows, and data requirements for Workday integrations across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, Time, and CompensationPartner and build relationships with stakeholders to align onobjectives and advance Workday adoption and ease of useResearch problems. Identify opportunities and seek opinions and feedback on suggested solutionsTranslate business requirements into system requirementsResearch integration failures, perform root cause analyses, and report back to management and business leadersRequired Experience/Qualifications:US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence PolygraphBachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related fieldWorkday Integrations Certification(Orchestrate for Integrations, Extend, and Studio Certifications are a plus)Minimum 7 years total work experience with 5 years' in HCM, HRIS, or Integrations experience (multiple projects)Must have experience leading multipleimplementations (minimum 2) of Workday, with demonstrated Workday technical and integrations experienceAbility to work with multiple projects and stakeholdersExperience translating business requirements into system requirementsStrong oral and written communications skillsGreat organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and communicate and work productively as part of multiple fully remote and/or hybrid teamsPreferred Experience/Skills:Workday HCM CertificationExperience with Orchestrate for IntegrationsExperience with Middleware (Boomi, Apache Kafka, MuleSoft)Candidate local to the DC, MD, VA areaSkills:Certification:Why You'll Never Want to Leave:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plansFlexible Spending Account4% 401K Match (immediate vesting)Paid Time OffTuition reimbursement, certification programs, and professional developmentFlexible work scheduleOn-site gym and childcare optionThe salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
