Influence global products.What We Need To SeeBS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience) with focus on machine learning and compiler development tools8+ years of software engineering and ML experience (tools development preferred)Strong knowledge of compilers, code generation, and GPU architectureProficiency in Python, C/C++, Julia, Lisp/SchemeSolid mathematical and scientific foundation relevant to ML and compiler technologiesWays to Stand Out From the Crowd10+ years of hands-on experience working with Python, C/C++, Julia, Lisp/SchemeFamiliarity with reinforcement learning, genetic/evolutionary algorithms, predictive modeling, and complex systemsExpertise in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions to production environments and embedded systemsHands-on experience building compilers or compiler components using the LLVM framework, including optimization passes, code generation, or frontend integrationSalary and BenefitsYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
