The role will have a focus on leading documentation, consultant coordination, permitting, and construction detailing. The ideal candidate is confident working in Revit, experienced with the coordination and detailing of single-familyprojects, and capable of managing junior staff and external collaborators.Role ResponsibilitiesLead the production and management of detailed construction documents in Revit.Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to translate design intent into buildable, code-compliant solutions.Oversee and assemble documentation for permitting.Manage construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and revisions (as needed).
