Headquarters in Atlanta, GA, Safe-Guard partners with dealers, agents, and automotive manufacturers to deliver comprehensive protection solutions for vehicle owners.Role OverviewThe Solution Architect at Safe-Guard serves as a critical bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and clients. This role is responsible for understanding business needs, reviewing current systems, and designing scalable, robust solutions that can be implemented by technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solution designs that leverage existing resources while planning for future growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Solution DesignAnalyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solution designs that address immediate needs while supporting long-term strategic goalsReview current systems and processes to identify opportunities for reuse, integration, or enhancementCreate detailed solution documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and system integration diagramsDevelop scalable solutions that can be leveraged across multiple clients and business unitsEnsure solutions align with Safe-Guard's architectural standards and technology roadmapStakeholder ManagementFacilitate requirements gathering sessions and design workshops with diverse stakeholder groupsPresent solution designs to executive leadership and obtain buy-in for implementationWork directly with clients when necessary to understand their unique needs and constraintsStrategic PlanningIdentify opportunities to create reusable components and shared services across solutionsEvaluate emerging technologies and methodologies for potential applications within Safe-GuardContribute to the development of architectural standards and best practicesProvide guidance on technology selection and implementation approachesSupport the development of business cases for new initiativesImplementation SupportGuide technical teams during solution implementation, ensuring adherence to design principlesReview technical designs and provide feedback to ensure alignment with solution architectureAssist in troubleshooting complex issues during implementationParticipate in solution testing and validation activitiesSupport knowledge transfer to operational teamsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field3+ years of experience in solution design, business analysis, or related rolesProven track record of designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutionsExperience working in financial services, insurance, or F&I products industryMust be authorized to work in the U.SMust be able to successfully pass a background checkKnowledge & SkillsStrong understanding of business processes and how they translate to system requirementsExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiencesExperience with solution documentation tools and methodologiesKnowledge of system integration approaches and best practicesUnderstanding software development lifecycle methodologiesPersonal AttributesStrategic thinker with the ability to see beyond immediate requirementsCustomer-focused mindset with strong serviceCollaborative approach to working with diverse stakeholdersAdaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyCommitment to continuous learning and professional developmentQualificationsExperience with F&I products, dealer management systems, or automotive industryKnowledge of contract processing, claims management, or cancellation systemsFamiliarity with API-based integrations and microservices architectureProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)TOGAF, Zachman, or other architecture framework certificationCompany Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision InsuranceFlexible Spending AccountHealth Savings Account401(k) Plan with Company MatchCompany-paid Short-Term and Long-TermCompany-paid Life InsurancePaid Holidays and VacationEmployee Referral ProgramEmployee Assistance ProgramWellness ProgramsPaid Community Service OpportunitiesTuition ReimbursementOngoing Training & Personal DevelopmentSafe-Guard Products International LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to in the workplace.
