We are a consultancy dedicated to powering a future-ready, high-performing government, with expertise in digital solutions, logistics, and management advisory services. Founded in 1961, we help the Department of Defense and other agencies solve complex challenges, ensuring operational readiness and mission success. Responsibilities Work with architects, software developers, engineers, and data analysts to expand an existing framework of our core modeling and simulation software. Develop using Python and Java; knowledge of Gitlab CI/CD processes is a plus. Collaborate with front-end developers using node.js and TypeScript. Build and scale micro-service-based architectures on cloud solutions supporting collaborative simulations for the warfighter and other government areas. Work in a fast-paced, innovative environment, contributing to both problem-solving and question formulation. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field with 7+ years of experience or master's degree with 5+ years. Experience in an agile environment, with knowledge of Scrum and Kanban. Proficiency in Java, Python, and TypeScript (at least 5 years each). Active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph. Desired: Experience with simulation software.
