The IT Solutions Delivery Architect will collaborate with key stakeholders from the Operations Team to develop, test, and implement technology solutions that reduce friction, simplify operational processes, and digitize administration and restaurant control functions. This role is crucial in enhancing efficiency and ensuring seamless technology integration within our fast casual restaurant chain. Responsibilities Work closely with operational stakeholders to identify and assess opportunities to enhance guest experience through technology. Create and deliver impactful presentations to senior management and stakeholders, including strategies, testing results, and implementation outcomes. Assess and improve operational efficiency through technological solutions. Collaborate with teams to align technology initiatives with business goals. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends relevant to the restaurant industry. Apply understanding of restaurant operations to address unique challenges in a fast casual environment. Manage pilot testing and broader implementation of new technologies. Execute cross-functional project plans, ensuring timely completion. Investigate and advocate for guest and crew-facing technologies to improve experience and productivity. Organization Relationships Partner with operational stakeholders, including senior management and Operations Services team, to identify technological needs and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications Educational Level/Certifications B.S. or B.A. degree Work Experience and Skills Proven experience in assessing opportunities, implementing technologies, and collaborating with operational teams to improve efficiency. Experience managing pilot tests and large-scale implementations, with strong project management skills. Deep knowledge of POS systems, payment processing, restaurant management applications, and digital applications. Interest in emerging restaurant technologies and best practices. Strong understanding of fast casual restaurant operations. Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging with various stakeholders. Creative and critical thinking skills to propose innovative solutions. Benefits Salary range: $110,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and skills.
