We’re looking for top tech and project management talent to analyze, recommend, and build strategic solutions that support Triumph Financial’s mission to become a world-class, market-leading financial and technology company. This role provides leadership and influences cybersecurity strategy across business initiatives and applications. You will align with business strategy and deliver cybersecurity expertise. You'll also provide a holistic focus across infrastructure, application security, vulnerability management, and third-party partnerships and dependencies. You will define, document, maintain, and enforce practices and policies that are the pillars of the cybersecurity program. You will work closely with product, IT, and risk management leadership to build secure, reliable products. This is a highly visible role interfacing with multiple internal and external teams. Successful candidates possess technical skills and business acumen, with the ability to communicate complex topics effectively. You should understand attacker motives and how to mitigate security issues while aligning with corporate objectives. What you’ll be responsible for: Collaborate with development, DevOps, infrastructure, and business units to establish security design requirements. Provide leadership and guidance on security practices and methodologies in product security. Serve as a central point for cybersecurity requirements and initiatives for new products and systems. Enforce security standards and configurations, and adopt common security frameworks. Communicate and recommend security improvements for the product ecosystem. Ensure compliance with privacy laws and regulatory requirements through cybersecurity principles. Document architectural diagrams to support security controls and configurations. Experience and Education: 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including product and application security engineering. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. CISSP and SANS certifications are a plus. Additional Skills and Abilities: Proficiency in application security, APIs, vulnerability management, threat modeling, and risk management. Experience with application security tools, cloud providers, CI/CD platforms, and container services. Strong knowledge of security technologies and best practices. Work Environment: The work environment includes moderate noise levels typical of an office setting. Candidates should be able to work in confined spaces, sit at a computer for extended periods, and perform light lifting. Regular attendance is required.
