This position is 100% remote with no travel and will be a full-time 1099 / C2C position. The Program Manager will interface with stakeholders throughout the enterprise to help drive the adoption of automation. Due to the sensitivity of the public sector, applicants must be USA citizens.Job Duties And ResponsibilitiesMaintain effective business relationships with the client’s management team and design value-creating automation solutions supporting the automation roadmap.Generate solutions independently based on strong quantitative, analytical skills, and business knowledge.Lead planning of Automation initiatives in various customer engagements.Ensure projects are delivered according to the Automation framework of AI and RPA.Establish relationships and interface with project sponsors, business stakeholders, and technology partners.Work with program sponsors to measure automation progress and business impacts using metrics.Have at least 4 years of understanding Automation process and RPA opportunities, leading opportunity assessments and business reviews.Provide guidance and support to the automation technical team and remove obstacles to delivery.Escalate risks and issues to senior management.Maintain a pipeline of automation opportunities with their status.Present automation project status, risks, and client roadmap to senior management confidently.Experience in Agile methodologies.At least 4 years of working knowledge of RPA tools like UiPath and Automation Anywhere, and AI.Hold certifications for RPA software: UiPath or Automation Anywhere.Possess excellent analytical, oral, and written communication skills.Be flexible, self-driven, and detail-oriented.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionProject Management and Information TechnologyIndustriesIT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
