This role is located in Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA - Hybrid, 4 days in-office/ this role, you’ll:Manage a diverse workload on a global team impacting the firm;Implement the firm’s Contract Lifecycle Management Program in collaboration with Business Lines, Technology, and Project Management;Collaborate on global regulatory and business change projects;Advise on using AI to analyze client agreements and extract key data;Support legal and business teams with data-driven solutions for legal and regulatory issues.Qualifications include:Legal advisor qualification or law degree with relevant experience;3-7 years as a qualified attorney, preferably in financial services;Knowledge of contract management resources and legal tech trends;Experience with financial contract negotiations and regulatory projects;Experience with a major financial institution is a plus.BNY offers competitive compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, emphasizing excellence and pay-for-performance.
