Learn more at: C3 AI. We are seeking a Lead/Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack, to join our AI Studio team. The AI Studio provides an integrated environment for developers, data scientists, and IT professionals to build, deploy, operate, and extend enterprise AI applications using low code and deep code capabilities. Check out our demo here. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications. Enhance visual tools for application development and data science to enable rapid AI application building. Collaborate with Product Management, UI/UX Designers, and Engineering teams. Lead technical design discussions on architecture, UI/UX, back-end, and integrations. Address bugs, solve problems, and improve product technologies proactively. Manage project deliverables and mentor junior team members. Contribute to team building and foster innovation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience (8+ years for leads) with JavaScript, Java, or similar languages. Strong experience with object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and web development. Experience with JavaScript frameworks such as React, Redux, Vue, Backbone, or Angular. Passion for team-oriented solutions and engineering problem-solving. Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with ownership of projects. Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration. Interest in a collaborative, innovative, and stimulating environment. Preferred Qualifications: Advanced degree in engineering, sciences, or related fields. Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, distributed systems, databases, and performance optimization.
