Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThis full-time, hybrid role involves both office and field work. The right candidate will have a strong work ethic, construction software proficiency, and a positive, professional attitude. You’ll work closely with InDev’s two principals, contributing to the success of projects from idea to execution.Key Responsibilities:Project Administration:Draft and issue client contracts and subcontracts via DocuSignOrganize and maintain subcontractor documentation, including COIs, W-9s, and payment formsMaintain project checklists, directories, and stage reportingTrack, scan, and log all Preliminary NoticesManage document uploads and updates in ProcoreOrganize project files on the company serverPrepare project Close-Out Packages and obtain Final Unconditional ReleasesAssist Superintendent with Job Cost Reports and process subcontractor invoicesProject Engineering (Training & Support):Set up and manage document control systems (submittal and RFI logs)Review and track submittals, especially long-lead itemsDocument and distribute weekly InDev Management Meeting MinutesUpdate project schedules based on field logs and meetingsEstimating Support:Analyze construction plans and specificationsDevelop scopes of work and generate RFIsUpload and track bid packages in ProcoreAssist with obtaining competitive bids and preparing detailed project estimatesRequired Skills:Typing speed of 50+ WPMProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and ProjectExperience with Adobe Acrobat, Bluebeam, or other PDF editorsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to read and interpret construction documentsHighly detail-oriented and able to manage multiple prioritiesTech-savvy and quick to learn new platformsQualifications:Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field (or currently pursuing)2+ years of administrative experienceProficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUpExperience using ProcoreBenefits:Health InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Company-issued laptopMonthly phone reimbursementEducation reimbursementCareer advancement opportunities in project engineering and managementCompetitive salary and benefits packageWhy Join Us?This is a rare opportunity to join a tight-knit, experienced team and play a key role in the full lifecycle of high-end development projects.
