This role will perform a wide variety of functions within the company and for customers, requiring a high degree of technical expertise. These functions would include Dynamics installations and configuration, hardware sizing, performance tuning, upgrade assessments, design environments, development, technical health checks, and more. We are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Architect with a strong background in real-world, best-practice delivery. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge in architecting the technical landscape of projects, security configuration, and change control. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong communication and presentation skills.Key Responsibilities:System Design and ArchitectureContribute to technical design and architecture sessions with clients and project team to gather and document project requirements for integrations, migrations, reporting and customizations.Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Assist with creating designs for F&SCM systems, ensuring they align with business goals and technical collaboration with stakeholders, build out POCs to analyze ambiguous technical customer situations and to determine appropriate solutions as stall and configure Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM, including multiple environments, like Azure.Provide technical incident and integration work.Focus on the evaluation, design, customization, and optimization of Digital and Cloud based solutions.Work with IT Partners of clients to design, configure, test, and deploy changes considering their security, performance, and scalability requirements.Work with project teams to configure Dual Write integrations for F&SCM and CE.Project Management and LeadershipAssist with technical pre-sales efforts as collaboration with stakeholders, provide technical oversight across multiple projects.Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are being adhered to by development team on pliance and SecurityEnsure systems adhere to industry regulations and security standardsClient SupportCreate detailed documentation for architecture and processes and provide training to team members and end-users.Collaborate with customers and Team Members alike through design and implementation, including needs, analysis and system requirements.Advise clients on best practices for Dynamics 365 F&SCM, development, integration, and migration processes.Who you are:5+ years of software development experience3-5 years leading Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM implementations in an architect role.Experience with successful implementations.Strong organizational and communication skills are required.Dynamics F&SCM Development certification preferred.Dynamics F&SCM functional training and/or certifications a plusExperience installing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics F&SCM, including multiple environments, like Azure.Excellent Verbal and Written CommunicationsStrong Problem-solving skillsExcellent Time Management skillsExperience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to present to technical, non-technical and executive level individuals.The Perks:Stellar Salary: Get ready to be rewarded handsomely, with a competitive OTE salary ranging from $150k - $180k USD per year.
