Job Description Our client, a stealth-mode startup backed by top-tier investors, is actively seeking a Lead, Staff, or Principal Software Engineer to join their founding engineering team. The ideal engineer is both a hands-on builder and a strategic thinker who can help shape the technical and cultural foundation of this venture. Required Skills & Experience 7 or more years of professional software engineering experience, preferably with a background in systems, infrastructure, or developer tools Demonstrated success in designing, developing, and maintaining production-level systems at scale Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Typescript, Go, or similar Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes Background in early-stage or high-growth companies is strongly preferred Desired Skills & Experience Interest in building performant, scalable systems from the ground up Familiarity with modern devops workflows, CI/CD, observability, and reliability engineering Experience in infrastructure-as-code, developer tooling, or security-conscious system design Ability to mentor and collaborate effectively with other engineers Passion for solving technical challenges in a greenfield setting The Offer Bonus eligible Highly competitive compensation package, including meaningful early-stage equity Benefits Comprehensive medical insurance Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis now and in the future.
