Clinical Document Improvement Specialist (CDS)The Clinical Document Improvement Specialist (CDS) is responsible for providing oversight of the CDI program and implementing daily processes related to the concurrent review of clinical documentation in the inpatient medical records of Optum 360 clients' patients.This role collaborates with healthcare providers and team members to improve documentation accuracy and completeness, ensuring it fully reflects clinical treatments, decisions, and diagnoses.The CDS will utilize Optum CDI 3D technology to help hospitals enhance data quality, accurately reflect care quality, and maintain revenue integrity.Required Qualifications:5+ years of acute care hospital clinical RN experience OR a medical graduate with CDI experience and CDI certification (CCDS, CDIP)1+ years of experience as a clinical documentation integrity specialistReside in a commutable distance to Greenbrae, CA, or be willing to relocate #J-18808-Ljbffr
