In this role, you will be responsible for both leading and actively contributing to the design, development, implementation and maintenance of cutting-edge health data solutions on the Azure platform. You will guide a talented team of engineers and developers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure health data platforms.Key Responsibilities:Architectural Leadership: Design and architect robust, scalable, and secure health data solutions on the Azure platform.Technical Guidance: Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to the development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project execution.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest standards of quality and performance in all deliverables through rigorous testing and code reviews.Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure technologies and industry trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team.Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience as an Azure Architect and Technical Lead, with a strong background in health data platforms.Experience of working in the Healthcare industry and with clinical data and regulated environments.Technical Skills: Expertise in Azure services, including but not limited to Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL Database, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure DevOps, and ADF self-hosted integration runtime.HIPAA and PHI Compliance: Extensive experience with HIPAA regulations, HITRUST and handling Protected Health Information (PHI), ensuring all solutions meet stringent privacy and security standards.Clinical Data Registries: Familiarity with clinical data registries, including Qualified Clinical Data Registries (QCDRs), and their role in improving healthcare quality.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a technical team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering innovative and effective solutions.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Benefits package at PAGroup medical insuranceHealth Savings Account with company matchTeladoc and informed Nurse line resourcesLong term care planVision plan401(k) Savings Plan with company profit sharing contributionCommuter and Parking tax-savings benefit15 days paid vacation days with the opportunity to buy five additional daysCompany and Voluntary income protection benefitsGym and health incentive reimbursementPet and legal insurance PlansEmployee Assistance PlanAnnual performance-based bonusIn compliance with Colorado’s, New York & Massachusetts's Equal Pay Transparency Act, PA is required to provide a reasonable salary range for this role.
