This furthers our mission to ensure the right doctor ends up at the right hospital to treat the right patients.About The RoleWe're expanding our Gateway Team and hiring Full Stack Engineers who can contribute across the stack to support the growth of our flagship products. This is a high-impact role focused on building scalable systems and intuitive user experiences that directly power our physician recruitment and GME solutions. Whether your strengths lean frontend, backend, or full stack, you'll work across modern technologies and collaborate closely with product, design, and fellow engineers to launch new capabilities and iterate quickly.What You Will AchieveDesign, build, and ship scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, Express.js, Postgres, Angular, and/or React NativeLead new initiatives from idea to deployment, working cross-functionally to bring new features to lifeMaintain and evolve critical services that support our main platform and mobile experiencesBuild and consume RESTful APIs for seamless integration between systemsContribute to frontend experiences and backend architecture as neededOptimize code performance and application scalability in production environmentsWrite well-tested, maintainable code and participate in regular code reviewsCollaborate across time zones using Slack, GitHub, and video conferencesYou Should Have7+ years of experience developing production-grade applicationsDeep proficiency in Postgres, Node.js, Express.js, and either Angular or React NativeExperience designing and integrating RESTful APIsStrong debugging and performance optimization skillsFamiliarity with unit and integration testing frameworksExperience building mobile apps using React NativeBackground in a startup or VC-backed environmentBonusBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldProfessional certifications relevant to the stackExperience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or Azure), Docker, or GraphQLExposure to the healthcare, SaaS, or recruitment tech spaceInterest in learning new tools and experimenting with modern engineering practicesThe salary range for this position is $140,000 - $170,000 and a grant of stock options.
