This platform prioritizes transparency and control, enabling developers to interact directly with IaC configurations while maintaining consistency, security, and compliance. You will be leading the design and delivery of this platform, helping drive modern development practices and engineering exercises. As a leader, you will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, stay on current technology trends, and help guide the growth and development of team members. This includes mentoring and guiding the team to success, facilitating cross-team collaboration, partnering with leader and executives in other groups, etc. Your work on the platform with reduce time to market and will supercharge the growth of our business for the next decade in a complex and evolving global environment.
