Hospitality Solutions has a comprehensive suite of best-in-class products that empower hotels and hotel chains to better market and sell their products, as well as manage the guest experience.Role And ResponsibilitiesWhat will you achieve?You will lead, drive and own the architecture and design of some of the most complex software systems in Sabre Hospitality SolutionsArchitect, design and implement new components and sub-systemsEnvision and develop the long-term architectural strategy, with emphasis on reusable components while adopting a nimble delivery processEstablish structures and processes that ensure a high level of quality and reliability and extensibility of deliverablesYou will act as a technical and operational leader with a passion for microservices, distributed systems, cloud service development, deployment and deliveryBe accountable for the design, the ease of evolution, quality of the systems, performance, scaling, and availability characteristics of the systemsBe able and willing to spend time actively developing parts of the systems yourselfReview architecture and design of the existing systems and redesign them whenever necessaryDeliver technical training within the engineering organization, including training new engineersWork with product management, business stakeholders and other engineering leaders to help define mid-term and long-term roadmaps as well as shape business directions; drives the non-functional requirements of the productDiagnose system failures and problems in production and work with the technical staff to identify root causes and address themDrive code and design reviews of components in scope and drive the architectural governance for themSet directional paths for the teams/department for adoption of new technology stacks for solving business problemsVisibly represent multiple technology domains internally, and represent Sabre in external technical forumsWhat's in it for you?Working with a state-of-the-art hotel property management system.
