Senior Backend Software Engineer

OverviewHydrosat is a space and data analytics company building a new Earth Observation constellation and software to unlock the power of thermal infrared imagery. Our mission is to capture and deliver high spatio-temporal resolution thermal infrared data, not available from other sources, to provide insights that benefit the environment, enhance food and water security, and serve other critical applications. Our ground segment engineering team combines best-in-class remote sensing, software engineering and large scale cloud computing to take data from our in-house satellites to deliver novel data products.As a Senior Backend Software Engineer, you will design and maintain systems that power tooling for both Hydrosat’s internal users and external customers of our data products. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams - including cloud engineers, space systems engineers, and software developers - to build reliable, scalable solutions.
