IT Subject Matter Expert

OverviewAs an IT Subject Matter Expert (SME), for CGS, you will provide expertise in application and systems software to a variety of key stakeholders. You will undertake an analysis of complex hardware, software, and telecommunication systems in order to help define processes and procedures for use cases across departments. To do so, you will assist with and consult on the design, development, documentation, and delivery of standard operating procedures, presentations, and insight/training materials to a wide range of audiences.
