These functions will be applied to specific client IT programs or across a large enterprise of federated programs developed by different organizations. The development environment is fast-paced, spans the full application stack, and increasingly leverages agile development methodologies, Dev(Sec)Ops tools and processes, and an expanding cloud-based infrastructure.
