Apply via Dice today!DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance & Catalog Specialist to lead the implementation and optimization of cloud-based data catalog and quality tools. This role will support enterprise data governance initiatives, compliance reporting, and dashboard development for various business personas.Key Responsibilities:Implement cloud-based data catalog tools for metadata ingestion and data quality profilingBuild domain/sub-domain level data governance dashboards and quality reportsDevelop and demonstrate dashboards for roles such as Data Owner, Data Steward, Data Engineer, and Data Privacy OfficerCollaborate with cross-functional teams including business data owners, stewards, architects, platform owners, and project managersSet up and run Informatica CDscanners, profiling, and samplingSupport PII classification using AI-based tools (e.g., CLAIRE Gen AI)Produce audit reports for compliance with SOX, CCPA, and other legal requirementsDefine and operationalize governance councils using catalog tools and processesRequirementsPosition Success Criteria:Strong experience with tools such asInformatica CDInformatica CDQ,Erwin,Glue Data Catalog, etc.Hands-on experience indata modeling,metadata management,data mining, andrequirements analysisDeep understanding ofentity-relationship modeling,data security, andquality toolsAbility to design both traditional relational and modern big-data architecturesExperience with BI tools such asPower BI,Tableau, andInformaticaExceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProven ability to collaborate across complex cross-functional teamsTechnology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
