If you are a strong communicator, enjoy collaborative work environments, and have excellent prioritization skills, this is the role for you.As a Virtual Telesitter at MultiCare you will provide first-line support for at-risk patients. You will maintain patient safety allowing the entire nursing staff to achieve the best of health care management and outcomes.ResponsibilitiesYou will provide continuous remote monitoring and observation of assigned patientsSupport patients with verbal redirection to avoid engaging in at-risk behaviorsPartner with nursing staff in full collaborationYou will utilize your independent decision-making skills within a supportive environmentYou will manage appropriate supplemental documentation for observation periodsRequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredWashington State Certified Nursing Assistant license (CNA)Current CPR certification Successful completion of monitoring equipment class within one (1) month of hireCurrent Basic Life Support certificationPrevious patient care experience preferredOur ValuesAs a MultiCare employee, we'll rely on you to reflect our core values of Respect, Integrity, Stewardship, Excellence, Collaboration and Kindness. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $20.07 - $28.87 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
