We’re looking for a Game Security Analyst to lead the effort to safeguard this integrity and maintain trust between the game and its community.As a Product Analyst for Game Security , you’ll be at the forefront of fighting fraudulent activities within the game. By analyzing behaviour patterns and detecting, investigating, and preventing fraud, you’ll play a key role in ensuring a safe and enjoyable player experience.What You’ll Do:Threat Analysis: Conduct in-depth database analyses to identify attack vectors targeting gaming systems, including account takeover/sale attempts, attempts to bypass the game’s monetization, cheating, and scam/fraud schemes.Fraud Detection: Monitor player transactions and in-game activities to detect and investigate fraudulent behavior, unauthorized purchases, and payment fraud schemes, collaborating with financial institutions to mitigate financial losses and cident Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, breaches, and escalations from internal and external teams to ensure swift resolution.Forensic Investigation: Perform forensic analysis and digital investigations to identify the root cause of security incidents, gather evidence, and support legal and law enforcement inquiries as necessary.Security Awareness: Educate and raise awareness among players and internal stakeholders about security best practices, safe gaming habits, and emerging threats through communication campaigns and community outreach initiatives.Who we’re looking for:Professional experience of working with User Activity logsHands-on experience with SQL and Python for data analysisBasic knowledge of statistics (e.g., confidence intervals, t-test)Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across teamsAn avid gamer with a passion for playing games — any games, really, whether it’s an MMO, RPG title, MOBA, a strategy, or casualIt would help you to stand out if:Proven track record in fraud investigationsYou have experience working with ClickHouse, DBT, TableauYou have a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related disciplinesYou’re familiar with Machine LearningYou’re proficient with forensic digital investigation techniques and softwareYou have a good sense of humor (meme proficiency keeps us all in good shape!)What we offer and our benefits:The best team in the world!An excellent remuneration package, including a 13th salary.Full relocation coverage for you and your family to Cyprus (Limassol).A modern, sunny office space close to the sea.Private health insurance for you and your family members.A monthly school allowance for your children at pre-school and school-age.Lunch compensation.A sports and fitness pany-funded personal development opportunities (professional and language courses, books, etc.).Bonuses for outstanding results, years of service, marriage, and childbirth.Friendly monthly office parties and epic, annual offsite company birthday and Christmas parties.Are you ready to build a healthy gaming environment for our players?
