As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a critical role in building features, collaborating across teams, and maintaining the health of our systems. Specifically, you will:Contribute to agile delivery in a team that operates on USA working hours, with collaboration and handoff with colleagues in Eastern Europe.Support troubleshooting and implement quick fixes during afternoon hours if production issues arise.What We’re Looking ForProven expertise in at least one of our core technologies: Python, Java, TypeScript/React, data pipelines, or LLM agent/event integration.Strong generalist mindset—able to debug, troubleshoot, and fix issues across our tech stack.Startup experience, with the ability to weigh trade-offs between speed-to-market and long-term quality.Collaborative spirit. You bring a perspective, but you’re also aligned with team decisions.Customer-centric and data-informed.
