Apply via Dice today!Principal Architect, FinTech PlatformsLocation: Atlanta, GA/ Bellevue, WAHybrid - in the office at least 3 days a weekFulltime HiringSalary: NegotiableJob Responsibilities:Architect consumer-facing financial solutions including digital bank accounts, savings and checking tools, co-branded credit card products, and embedded finance capabilities.Define and maintain architectural standards for integration with BaaS providers, card issuers/processors, KYC/AML vendors, and payment networks (Visa, Mastercard).Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to build intuitive and secure financial experiences for mobile-first consumers.Lead technology evaluations for third-party fintech partners covering card issuance, core banking platforms, data aggregation, and personal finance management.Ensure secure architecture and data design for customer onboarding, credit decisioning, account servicing, and financial transactions.Champion privacy, data protection, and regulatory compliance (including PCI, GLBA, CFPB, and Reg E) across consumer facing FinTech platforms.Implement scalable API architectures for money movement (ACH, debit rails, instant payout), card management, account funding, and transaction data enrichment.Provide architectural oversight for loyalty integrations, rewards platforms, and customer engagement engines tied to credit and banking products.Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to test emerging fintech capabilities such as credit scoring models, instant issuing, and account verification innovations.Maintain system documentation, architecture blueprints, and technical standards to guide development and cross-team partnerships.Act as a strategic advisor on Fin Tech trends and platform roadmaps ensuring the company delivers differentiated and forward-looking financial products that improve customer experience.Experience Needed:In a business environment, preferably within payments, fraud prevention, financial services, or e-commerce.As a software or systems architect, engineer, or programmer, with expertise in scalable, high-availability payments architecture, tokenization, and transaction processing, including real-time authorization, settlement, and reconciliation fraud prevention, risk management systems, and security architecture, with knowledge of fraud scoring models, ML driven, fraud detection, and chargeback B2C online e-commerce systems architecture and designWith payment orchestration, gateway integrations, and acquirer connections, including experience with PCI DSS compliance and 3DS.Using architecture and design of mobile web applications, including responsive design, hybrid models, and secure mobile payment solutions such as Apple Pay, Google Pay, or QR-based payments.Experience with cloud-based payment processing architectures, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, or serverless computing models.Thanks and RegardsEshant SharmaDisclaimer: Wise Equations Solutions Inc; provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or status as a covered veteran in accordance with applicable federal, state and local laws.
