Best Workplace awardee.Hybrid in OttawaWhat We Are Looking ForWe are looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team.What You Will Be DoingATechnical Delivery Solution Architect is an essential member of our Technical Delivery team. Our Solution Architects collaborate with other Solution Architects, Support, Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to deliver the latest Semperis security and identity products to customer environments. You will be responsible for the technical aspects of security and identity products offered to our customers during post-sale activities.You Will Be Responsible ForLead the technical aspect of a production deployment in our customer’s environment including deployment design, technical assistance during the deployment, troubleshooting and resolving configuration issues.Providing technical solutions to meet customer’s business and technical goals.Troubleshoot customer Windows Server OS, Active Directory and DNS issues that may arise during deployment.Provide technical support for our customers after the deployment was completed.Convey and document technical requirements to and from customers.Provide input and feedback to product, engineering and developmentteams.Maintain expert knowledge of Semperis products to develop and present unique solutions and maintain knowledge of emerging trends in related technology areas.What You Will Bring To The TableAt least 6 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Active Directory from a system integration vendor or enterprise IT organization.Administered, architected, or supported enterprise Active Directory environments.At least 3 years of knowledge and hands-on experience in Azure AD / Entra ID.Administered, or supported Azure AD / Entra ID environments.Experience with Linux (Ubuntu & Red Hat) and Kubernetes.Experience with Cloud technologies like Azure, AWS and GCP.Awareness of identity, access management, and infosec product landscapes.Proven customer facing orientation.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).Willingness and ability to travelNice To HaveExperience with cloud-based identity management solutions such as Azure AD.Familiarity with modern authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect) and how they integrate with AD.Exposure to cross-domain and multi-forest Active Directory and DNS environments.Experience with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) design and management, including Certificate Authority (CA) management, certificate lifecycle management, and the implementation of certificate-based security solutions.Why Join Semperis?You’ll be part of a global team on the front lines of cybersecurity innovation.
