This role focuses on enterprise architecture, DevSecOps automation, and end-to-end system lifecycle management while providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams supporting mission-critical customer operations. In accordance with8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(2)(C), Epsilon will not consider candidates for this position who do not meet the aforementioned conditions.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related technical fieldMinimum 10 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud architecture, and enterprise application developmentLeadership experience on innovative cloud and/or software development programs for federal agencies with proven project delivery successExtensive DevSecOps automation experience including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworksProficiency with cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)Advanced knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript), databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), and web technologies (Angular, Spring Boot)Experience with DevSecOps toolchains including Jenkins, GitLab, Harness, Ansible, Terraform, and security scanning tools (Checkmarx, Fortify)Knowledge of federal compliance frameworks (NIST 800-53, FISMA) and experience maintaining Authority to Operate (ATO) environmentsIndustry certifications in cloud architecture (AWS Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect) or DevSecOps practices preferredPrior experience and knowledge of federal technical environments and interrelated technical environments preferredPrior experience and knowledge of FEMA’s technical environment and interrelated technical environments preferredOther Requirements:Current Public Trust High required or ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
