Learn more at / Role PurposeThe Application Engineer II contributes to the support of PowerArtist and supporting systems. In this role, the Application Engineer II will collaborate with a team of expert professionals to accomplish customer support objectives.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop competence in one or more products working independentlyCustomer support tasks be able to answer questions on tools functionalityTriage complaints about product defects and root cause for R&DWrite clear description of product enhancement requestsWork behind the scenes, be task-orientated and take direction from a mentor to assist with evaluations, benchmarks, or demosDevelop the trust and respect of team membersMinimum Education/Certification Requirements and ExperienceBS with 2 years of experience or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience with EDA, semiconductors design and methodologiesPreferred Qualifications and SkillsTechnical knowledge and experience with semiconductor and systems design specializing in digital, analog, Mixed-Signal and RFExperience in a large-scale commercial software supportGood communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel when neededAbility to learn quickly and to collaborate with others in a geographically distributed teamCan be relied upon to complete work assignments well and on timeRewards and Benefits:We offer a comprehensive range of health, wellness, and financial benefits to cater to your needs.
