We aim to develop the next generation of technical leaders in electrical, engineering, and cybersecurity industries.Position SummaryWe seek an Electronic Security Technical Specialist to join our Security and Electronic Systems (SES) Business Unit. You will be part of a team designing, engineering, integrating, operating, and maintaining electronic security services, including intrusion detection, access control, biometric authentication, video surveillance, audiovisual, IT systems, perimeter defense, and command and control systems for federal, local, and commercial clients across high-growth markets.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze system performance and recommend improvementsSupport system administration and engineering teamsTroubleshoot systems and operating systems using advanced networking and system administration skillsCommunicate with customers, vendors, and system administratorsTrain system users and support personnelModify preventive maintenance checklists based on system changesTroubleshoot and resolve system performance issuesDocument system performance and service requestsSet up desktop hardware, load imaging software, and update antivirus programsResearch and evaluate current and future systemsProvide on-site support post-deploymentInterpret engineering drawings and SOP/SOW documentationMaintain test lab equipmentCoordinate with engineering and field personnel on installation issuesAssist support calls related to installation issuesResearch new system manufacturers and technologiesPerform duties with minimal supervisionQualificationsSecurity Clearance: U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain Top-Secret clearanceHigh School Diploma/GED with 6+ years of experience in security systems installation, troubleshooting, or testingOR an Associate's degree with 4+ years of experienceReliable attendance, flexible schedule including nights/weekends, and ability to travel domestically and internationally are required.What We OfferA collaborative environment driven by innovation and core valuesLeadership opportunity with a well-established companyProfessional and technical training, including leadership and tuition reimbursementOpen communication with leadershipAbilitiesProlonged screen time and sittingManual dexterity and communication skillsReading and understanding technical informationApplying rules to solve problemsEmployment DetailsLevel: Not ApplicableType: Full-timeIndustry: Design Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
