The team is young and energetic, with strong R&D capabilities, providing stable and reliable cloud security products and services to ensure the security of cloud platforms and tenant systems and businesses.Core responsibilities:System construction and maintenance● Deploy, monitor and maintain cloud security products (including cloud security center, basic components, operation platform, etc.) to ensure high availability and security of the system.● Participate in disaster recovery and circuit breaker drills of high-availability systems to improve system stability and risk resistance.Product release and management● Lead the release of cloud security product functions, independently carry out operation and maintenance testing, and ensure the stability and performance of products after they are launched.Operation and maintenance observability management● Configure and manage software and hardware monitoring systems (such as Prometheus) to achieve 7*24 real-time monitoring and rapid response to ensure timely discovery and resolution of problems.Automated operation and maintenance development● Design and develop automated operation and maintenance tools and platforms to improve operation and maintenance efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and optimize system performance.Service support and troubleshooting● Monitor system operation logs, independently troubleshoot application problems, propose solutions, and cooperate with the R&D team to repair and verify.Capacity planning and budget management● Develop annual capacity plans and budgets based on product usage and capacity changes to ensure reasonable allocation and utilization of resources.Job requirements: We are looking for people with the following skills and experience:Technical foundation● Familiar with common systems and tools such as Linux and Docker, and have a solid foundation in computer science.● Understand virtualization technology, cloud computing (such as Alibaba Cloud, AWS, etc.), and distributed computing principles.● Proficient in using Linux system analysis tools, able to independently troubleshoot system and software problems, and quickly locate and solve faults.Monitoring system experience● Experience in using and configuring monitoring systems, and familiar with mainstream monitoring tools such as Prometheus.● Proficient in at least one programming language in Java, Golang or Python, and have the ability to develop automated operation and maintenance tools.● Familiar with the operation and optimization of mainstream databases (such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.).● Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work efficiently in a cross-cultural team.● Candidates with a strong interest in cryptography, network security or cloud security are preferred.The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $104,400 and $171,000/year.
