The ideal candidate will focus on data migration, automation, ETL scripting, and backend modernization within the capital markets domain, collaborating closely with data teams to deliver robust hybrid modernization solutions. Responsibilities Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and Python. Support data migration activities across legacy and modernized systems. Design and implement ETL scripts and data pipelines using Oracle, Databricks, and AWS. Contribute to backend modernization initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Ensure solutions meet security, performance, and compliance standards. Collaborate with capital markets stakeholders to meet transformation goals. Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of development experience in Java and Python. Strong knowledge of Oracle database, Databricks, and AWS services. Proven track record in data migration, automation, and ETL scripting. Experience in backend transformation and modernization projects. Familiarity with capital markets domain is highly preferred. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cloud-native architecture, microservices, or serverless frameworks.
