This is your opportunity to help shape that future.The RoleWe're seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 10+ years of experience who thrives in a collaborative, technology-forward environment. This is NOT just about managing projects—you'll be a key player in both the creative and technical aspects of our work, from initial design concepts through construction completion. This is a senior role where experience, knowledge, and interest in the technical aspects of construction is critical to our success.What You'll DoConstruction Administration LeadershipServe as the primary point of contact with General Contractors during construction phasesSolve complex problems related to construction methods and implementationNavigate field challenges with confidence and creative problem-solvingEnsure project quality and adherence to design intent throughout constructionProject Documentation & ModelingCreate comprehensive project documentation from existing conditions through final construction documentsDevelop and refine design options during the Design Development phasesBuild complete drawing sets with minimal supervisionMaintain project organization and documentation standards throughout all phasesTechnology & BIM LeadershipWork primarily in ArchiCAD (training provided for qualified candidates with other BIM experience)Leverage Apple ecosystem tools, including Pages, Numbers, and supplemental programsMaintain cutting-edge technology practices and contribute to firm-wide tech standardsWhat We're Looking For Essential Experience10+ years in architecture/design with an affinity for project management and a love of designProven Construction Administration experience with direct contractor interactionExpertise in BIM software (Archicad , but will consider other platforms)Track record of independently managing drawing set productionTechnical SkillsProficiency with Apple products and software suiteStrong organizational systems and project management capabilitiesAbility to work efficiently in a technology-forward environmentExperience with existing building documentation and rehabilitation projectsPersonal QualitiesConfidence to work independently while contributing to team successProblem-solving mindset with construction method expertiseAdaptability and eagerness to learn new systems and processesCollaborative spirit that thrives in our integrated team environmentWhy You'll Love Working HereUnique Business Model: Skip the project chase and RFP circus.
