DBI's long term client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect/Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects and teams in the design and delivery of high-performance, sustainable buildings and communities. As a key member of our leadership team, this individual will be responsible for overseeing project development, client relationships, and team managementRequirements10+ years of experience in architecture and project management, with a proven track record of delivering high-profile, high-performance projectsProfessional degree in Architecture or related fieldLEED AP or equivalent sustainability certificationStrong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and building client relationshipsExcellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skillsStrong understanding of building science, building codes, and construction methodsProficiency in project management software, such as Procore, MS Project, or similar toolsPreferred QualificationsNCARB certification or equivalentExperience with building information modeling (BIM) and digital design toolsFamiliarity with local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processesExperience with green building rating systems, such as LEED, Living Building Challenge, or Passive HouseStrong connections within the architecture and construction industry, with established relationships with clients, contractors, and consultantsCompensation:$132,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
