Lead, execute, and deliver improved business quality standard processes and results. Execute projects to increase process efficiencies, reduce cycle time and cost, and improve overall quality of execution. Identify and secure resources, create plans, and execute scheduled deliverables. Assess business performance, analyze processes, evaluate gaps, and recommend improvements. Provide resource requirements, prioritization, and project recommendations. Support and train process owners. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including executive management. Monitor performance and ensure successful, controlled implementation over time. Support product transfer to global external manufacturers, ensuring business objectives are met. Establish communication and governance to manage relationships and collaborate on best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve basic line performance issues.
