Job Title: Senior Business Excellence Engineer Job Code: A011.4963 Job Location: Santa Clara, CA Job Type: Full-Time Rate of Pay: $134,000 - $160,000 Job Duties: Establish and implement manufacturing line flows and standard processes ensuring quality targets are achieved or exceeded. Lead, execute, and deliver improved business quality standard processes and results. Execute projects to increase process efficiencies, reduce cycle time and cost, and improve overall quality of execution. Identify and secure resources, create plans, and execute scheduled deliverables. Assess business performance, analyze processes, evaluate gaps, and recommend improvements. Provide resource requirements, prioritization, and project recommendations. Support and train process owners. Communicate project status updates to stakeholders, including executive management. Monitor performance and ensure successful, controlled implementation over time. Support product transfer to global external manufacturers, ensuring business objectives are met. Establish communication and governance to manage relationships and collaborate on best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve basic line performance issues. Position requires up to 20% travel (domestic & international). Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field and 4 years of experience in the role or in a related occupation.
