This team is expanding a multi-billion dollar global options business and is building out next-generation infrastructure to support growth in electronic options trading across asset classes and regions.This is a high-impact engineering role directly aligned with trading PnL, involving end-to-end ownership of trading systems used in live markets. You will work closely with traders and quantitative researchers to design, implement, and optimize software that supports the full lifecycle of options market making from pricing and quoting to execution and post-trade analytics.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and maintain high-performance systems for options market making, including quoting engines, pricing infrastructure, and execution components.Work closely with traders and quants to turn strategy and market structure insights into reliable, performant production systems.Drive improvements in latency, reliability, and scalability of the options trading stack.Architect and implement enhancements to existing infrastructure while contributing to the development of new trading tools and platforms.Own critical systems used in global trading, ensuring robustness, fault tolerance, and maintainability.Requirements:Strong programming skills in C++ or Python with a focus on low-latency and high-performance system design.Proven experience building trading systems, ideally in optionsUnderstanding of options market structure, quoting behaviour, and risk-based pricing systems.Experience with latency-sensitive application development and performance tuning.Prior experience working closely with traders or quantitative researchers within a trading team.Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.This is a rare opportunity to be part of a high calibre, fast-moving trading team backed by one of the top quantitative funds in the industry.
