Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Translate wireframes, comps, and high-level requirements into functional, performant, responsive, production-ready markupCollaborate with a team of UX, UI, designers, writers, and marketing staff to design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and requirementsDevelop reusable components and user-facing features to enhance user engagement and site functionalityDesign, develop, and integrate front-end Drupal modules in a multi-site environmentWrite and maintain technical documentation, including design documents and user manualsParticipate in code reviews to ensure that code is developed in accordance with best practices and standardsUpdate or add new features to existing web projects by implementing clean, semantic reusable code/libraries, and provide guidelines for others to followOptimize components for maximum performance across a wide array of web-capable devices and browsersPresent proposed solutions, structures, and designs to a non-technical audience including marketing teams, senior management, designers, and project stakeholdersConstruct and maintain web development standards and guidelineKey Requirements and Technology Experience:Key Skills; Drupal, Marketing, JavascriptExperience with GSAP or similar animation libraries.Experience with web services and third-party API integrationsKnowledge of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligenceExperience working with design systemsExperience working with automated testing tools such as Sauce LabsExperience with Client Marketing Platform (Client Analytics, GTM, Data Layer)Drupal back-end knowledgeHighly proficient in layout and design: Twig, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, responsive/mobile-first designHighly proficient in client-side scripting: JavaScript (ES6+), AJAX, and JQueryCrisp written and verbal communication skills, with a client-facing professional demeanorStrong understanding of web standards, information design, and best practices for accessibility, usability, and SEOStrong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail: meticulous, organized, and efficientAbility to build front-end Drupal environments and manage compilersKnowledge of PHP and managing the Drupal theme layerExperience with code version control tools like Git or BitbucketExperience with Content Management Systems and template developmentExperience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, WrikeFamiliarity with the Software Development Lifecycle and exposure to AgileWorking knowledge of Adobe Photoshop/IllustratorPortfolio or showcase of previous work (websites, open-source contribution, personal projects)Our client is a leading financial Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
