Seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join our busy appellate litigation practice in our Washington, D.C. or California offices. Qualifications: Experience in appellate-level litigation matters, including clerkship for a federal court of appeals. Excellent academic credentials. Strong writing and research skills. If you are a search firm, you will not be compensated for submitting a candidate. Salary range for California and Washington, D.C.: $225,000 to $435,000. The final salary or hourly wage will be determined during the interview process, based on experience, expertise, market factors, and other considerations.
