At our ground-floor stage, our compensation structure places a strong emphasis on the value of high equity, with an annual base salary ranging from $160,000-$200,000What You'll DoMaintain a hands-on engineering and leadership approach by writing code, providing technical guidance, reviews, and mentorship to the teamArchitect, build, and ship an AI enabled monitoring and analytics platform that delivers tens of thousands of automated insights to end customers daily and monthly to transform how HVAC companies, building owners, and industry experts operate and service buildings, save money, and lower emissionsOwn and execute Thalo’s software strategy and product goals in partnership with the hardware and GTM teamsContinuously maintain and improve software infrastructure for large-scale data ingestion, storage, transformation, and analysisLead new feature ideation and scoping with hardware and software teamsOperate with a strong product sense and comfort working across disciplines (hardware, GTM, field ops)Ensure that technology decisions enable the long term goals of our products and companyMentor and grow a high-performing team while maintaining strong engineering practicesWhat You Have7+ years of experience working as a software engineer and 2+ years experience leading engineering teams, preferably in an early stage startup environmentA.I.
