This is a full-time, remote based out of Torrance, CA, reporting directly to the Chief Customer Officer. The role offers high visibility, long-term growth, and the opportunity to shape an AI-powered insurance ecosystem from the ground up.Key Responsibilities & Requirements:Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and cloud-native architecture across the Guidewire ecosystemArchitect and optimize integrations between Guidewire InsuranceSuite and third-party platforms such as SmartCOMM, One Inc, Verisk, Docusign, TransUnion, and DialpadDefine and manage APIs, message structures, data contracts, and integration flows using REST APIs, JSON/XML, and API GatewaysCollaborate with developers and business stakeholders to deliver monitored, high-performing, and reusable system integrationsSelect and implement cloud-native technologies including AWS Lambda, S3, Glue, Redshift, and Snowflake to support scalable data pipelines and servicesDrive system compliance with data privacy, SOC2, CCPA, NAIC, and ISO standardsEnsure architectural alignment with business continuity, security, and performance goalsLead by example and mentor developers on architecture principles, modularity, and design best practicesUse tools like Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub, Confluence, and Postman for infrastructure automation and documentationCommunicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences to ensure clarity and alignment on architecture strategiesRequirements:3+ years supporting or integrating Guidewire InsuranceSuite (all 4 platforms within the solution).Strong knowledge of Guidewire’s data and integration modelsDeep experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations across core insurance systems, customer communications, payment processing, and data platformsHands-on expertise with cloud environments, REST APIs, and secure data workflowsFamiliarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC2, CCPA, NAIC, and ISOExcellent communication, planning, and cross-functional leadership skillsCompensation:This role offers a market-aligned salary in the range of $150K - $165K+ (salary is flexible depending on experience), along with a robust benefits package, bonus opportunities, and remote or work terested?Contact Scion Technology today for more information by submitting your resume directly through this posting.
