Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.Base pay range$125,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yrOur client is a global Alternative Asset Manager currently seeking to add a talented Associate to their Investor Relations Team. The role offers an excellent opportunity to gain an overview and, over time, an in-depth knowledge of the broad spectrum of functions conducted in firms' Investor Relations & Fund Marketing business. This individual will play a key role in both the servicing and investor operations with firms' existing clients, working closely with senior managers across finance, investment management, fund marketing, sales, investor services, compliance/legal, and business development.ResponsibilitiesReview and analyze portfolio performance data, benchmark performance and risk statisticsReview and make necessary adjustments to client reports to ensure reports are sent out in a timely mannerWork with all levels of team members across the organization to help coordinate and prepare investor decks (PowerPoint) for various internal and external client presentationsReview and prepare RFI/RFPs in compliance with firms Sales and Marketing effortsMaintain client relationship management database and providing reports to Directors on a regular basisProduces presentation materials for investors and writes product language for RFPs and fund commentaries regarding market updates, performance and attribution, and investment views across equities, fixed income, and alternative asset classesProvide various ad hoc research and analysis as needed.Desired Skills and ExperienceBachelor’s Degree with at least 2+ years of Financial Services/Private Equity/Hedge Fund data/client reporting experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel ModelingAdvanced Technical and Financial writing skills mandatoryOutstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of ManagementComfortable working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven dynamic environmentInnovative and creative thinkerMust be detail orientedSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAnalyst, Finance, and Accounting/AuditingIndustriesFinancial Services, Capital Markets, and Market Research #J-18808-Ljbffr
