Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Vice President of Finance. The SVP of Finance will lead our financial strategy and planning. This role partners closely with the CFO, senior leaders, and accounting and finance teams to drive sustainable growth, improve financial performance, and support long-term strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial leadership and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.At Avita Care Solutions, we're committed to removing barriers to unlock the full potential of health. We serve over 220,000 patients through more than 500 agreements with covered entity partners at over 60 Avita pharmacy locations nationwide.Responsibilities:Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making.Develop and oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.Collaborate with senior leadership to drive financial growth initiatives.Manage financial risks and opportunities.Qualifications:Deep expertise in mathematics, accounting, and budgeting, including ROI, sensitivity, and cost of capital analysis.Proficiency in Excel and handling large datasets, such as RX files with extensive records.Experience leading large cross-functional teams and process development.Strong ability to support and influence senior leadership.Strategic thinking and business growth planning skills.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business administration.10+ years of accounting/finance experience, FP&A experience required.MBA and CPA preferred.Travel less than 10%.Valid driver’s license and active insurance if driving for company purposes.Equal Opportunity EmploymentAvita is committed to diversity and inclusion.
