This position would require relocation to the state of Florida and expected to be onsite 5 days/week. We are only considering candidates with a strong understanding of the homebuilding industry through direct experience in financial leadership.ResponsibilitiesCreate and present financial strategy recommendations to CEO and ownershipSupport the financial planning and analysis effortsOversee cash flow, cash management, working capital, and company auditsPrepare financial statements and reportsEnsure legal compliance on all financial functionsManage relationships with banksOversee and develop the teamQualificationsStrong finance-based analytical skills in the homebuilding industry7 - 10 years' of financial leadership experienceCPA or MBA would be a plus but not at all requiredNote: We are NOT looking for candidates without experience at a Top 100 Homebuilder.
