Position:Vice President - Strategic AccountsLocation:RemoteJob Id:601# of Openings:1TITLE: VICE PRESIDENT, STRATEGIC ACCOUNTSPREFER CANDIDATES IN FOLLOWING REGIONS: Northern Virginia, Atlanta, GA, Phoenix, AZ, Dallas, TXPOSITION SUMMARY: The Vice President, Strategic Accounts is responsible for leading a portfolio of CPG's top accounts towards stated customer and company objectives and is responsible for the growth, management, retention, and experience of these accounts. The position is responsible for building positive relationships with clients, setting objectives and goals, allocating budgets, devising strategies to identify new opportunities, and developing programs to attract potential customers and maintain existing accounts. They manage relationships with key customers to ensure they are satisfied with the service being provided, develop and implement plans for increasing sales in specific markets, and collaborate with other departments such as marketing or human resources to ensure that the company's strategic objectives are met.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Working towards 100% account retention within a defined portfolio of accountsDevelops a complete understanding of each client's goals, markets, needs and expectations of PerformicsWorks within client relationships to champion initiatives that drive marketing decisions across digital channelsAttends client meetings on ongoing basis, interface as needed with executive level and middle management level on client side during meetings and presentationAdvocates across functional areas within client relationships (marketing/product managers, C-level executives) to develop rapport and deliver complex solutionsCommunicates and implements Intent-Based planning for all accountsIndependently leads performance and strategy presentationsSolves client problems and uses conflict management skills within a professional environmentManages strategy development and execution for complex marketing analysis disciplines, such as segmentation, attitudinal/motivational analysis, concept/copy testing, sales forecasting, response prediction, advertising effectiveness, consumer profiling, customer profitability analysis (lifetime value), media mix modelling, conversion attribution analysis and ROI measurementLeverages syndicated digital and industry research to benchmark trends and/or manage expectations of forecasted trendResponsible for accurate funnel management, ensuring all opportunities are properly captured in NetSuite to reflect correct Expected Close Dates, Stages, and other essential information.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
