Essential Duties And Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate financial information and business plans to leadership. Oversee homebuilding operations, ensuring efficient policies and internal controls. Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate guidelines. Evaluate land deals and monitor development budgets. Implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and technology use. Supervise and train staff on financial systems. Conduct business professionally to serve customers and enhance company reputation. Travel overnight as needed.
