YankeeKicks is a tech-forward company with initiatives in consignment services, proprietary authentication tools, and exclusive brand collaborations.Role SummaryChief Financial Officer (CFO) — Full-Time | On-Site | Aventura, FLResponsibilitiesLead all financial functions including accounting, treasury, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and risk management.Develop and manage annual budgets, long-term forecasts, and performance metrics.Provide timely and accurate financial reports to the CEO, investors, and board of directors.Implement and optimize financial systems and processes for scalability.Monitor cash flow, balance sheet, and income statement to ensure financial health and alignment with growth goals.Support strategic decision-making related to new store openings, international expansion, consignment model evolution, and technology investments.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry standards.Lead fundraising efforts, including debt/equity structuring, investor relations, and due diligence.Partner with department heads to align financial targets with operational plans.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA strongly preferred.10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, with at least 3–5 years at the CFO or VP Finance level.Experience in retail, e-commerce, fashion, or consumer goods is highly desirable.Proven success in scaling high-growth businesses and managing complex financial operations.Advanced financial modeling and strategic planning skills.Familiarity with fundraising, investor relations, and M&A activities.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Tech-savvy and comfortable implementing financial software/tools to improve efficiency.Must be based in or willing to relocate to Aventura, FL.What We OfferCompetitive executive compensation package (base + performance incentives)Equity participation opportunityHealth, dental, and vision insuranceExclusive discounts on premium sneakers and apparelA front-row seat to the future of sneaker culture, fashion, and retail innovationReady to help shape the future of one of the fastest-growing premium sneaker brands?
