This role will report to the Order to Cash Accounting & Finance Manager. The ideal candidate has a passion for accounting and process, is a self-starter, detail oriented, honest, hardworking individual, able to multi-task and successfully communicate with internal departments and this role you will…Strong ERP, CRM and BI experience in creating reports, extracting data and analyzing information to identify issues, trends and provide insightsPrepare reporting to support external disclosures, mgmt. reporting, audit & month end close requirementsPrepare journal entries and perform complex account reconciliations and complex analysis for assigned accounts including but not limited to deferred revenue, AFDA, and other various accruals.Prepare monthly balance sheet account reconciliations for the OTC area. Identify, research, investigate, and problem-solve GL account discrepanciesPrepare quarterly and yearly CECL reserve and related support calculationsPerform flux and variance analysis of key order to cash related ledger accountsAssist in performing system testing and auditsContribute to the global monthly/quarterly close processes in accordance with U.S. GAAPMaintain strong, foundational relationships with business partners and accounting peers to address accounting and operational needs.Partner cross-functionally with multiple internal teams to help develop scalable software solutions to calculate, track and report key balances/metrices.Prepare monthly and quarterly review, and annual audit schedules, as well as compliance support for internal and external auditors.
