Tract Capital has introduced two digital infrastructure strategies. The first is a horizontal powered land strategy focused on creating master planned data center campuses called Tract. The second is the mega-campus vertical development strategy called Fleet Data Centers.ResponsibilitiesWork collaboratively with various teams to create and maintain presentation materials, investor communications and ad hoc presentationsDraft responses to investor queries and due diligence questionnairesCreate diligence materials for new fund launchesOrganize and maintain data roomsAssist in creation of prospect lists by region / investor typeMaintain fundraising pipelineOrganize meeting prep (including background research and program intel)Serve as a point of contact for investors including attending in-person meetings and zoom calls, as well as coordinating follow up itemsComplete competitor analysis and researchResponsible for contact management, including salesforce maintenanceAbility to multi-task and execute a wide range of assignmentsRequired Traits, Expertise, And Skills2-4+ years of work experience at an investment bank or alternative investment advisorEntrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently as well as in a team environmentHigh degree of proficiency in PowerPoint and excelStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExpected Salary Range$125 - $150K + Yearly bonusLocationDenver, CO with consideration for applicants in Seattle, WA, New York, NY, and Northern Virginia.Employment TypeFull-timeSeniority levelEntry levelEEO NoticeTract Capital is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
