You will be on the front lines of a major shift in how the world works, supported by the combination of AI and enterprise content.What You’ll DoProvide strategic and financial support to leaders within Box's Marketing organizationOwn end-to-end financial planning and forecasting (monthly, quarterly, annual and multi-year) for the Marketing organization and collaborate with corporate finance and accounting teamsManage Marketing Purchase Order approvals and maintain the Marketing program spend budget planning toolAct as subject matter expert for all things related to Marketing expenses and headcountDrive Marketing ROI and ad-hoc analyses to influence investment decisions and business strategyBuild and maintain trusted relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams to facilitate connections between functions and ensure alignmentContribute to a data-driven planning process by building models and frameworks that connect business unit drivers to company financials and forecastWho You AreYou have 3+ years of experience in FP&A, finance and operations, public accounting, investment banking, or consulting (technology company experience is a plus)You thrive in team environments; you are confident without ego and are willing to roll up your sleeves to get the job doneYou are a poised communicator who delivers effective presentations to a wide range of audiencesYou have strong analytical and financial modeling skills and can tell the story behind the data through insights and conclusionsYou can navigate networks of systems and people to find the information you needYou are a structured thinker who pays attention to details without getting lost in themYou are comfortable contributing to projects end-to-end, from initiation to closureYou can prioritize multiple work streams and stakeholdersBox lives its values, with community and in-person collaboration being a core part of our culture.
